Dear Swati,

Namaskar.

Thanks for your interest and appreciation. But at the same time please move forward from blurness to clarity. That will pay you immensely. Toxicity is a word from chemistry. Our body has more number of chemicals than the number discovered by science so far. These chemicals must be in optimal level to keep ourselves fit. This optimum levels of chemicals get disrupted due to our toxic thoughts. So we are to be careful against our toxic thoughts.

Normally thoughts originate in the association cortex. Toxic thoughts activate sympathetic division of autonomic nervous system and which in turn activates endocrine system which secretes various hormones. The immune system is again another system. Toxic thoughts instantly imbalance the ratio of immune cells. This apart thoughts travel to each and every cell of the body and toxic thoughts cause imbalancement there too. Toxic thinking is not necessarily a question of toxicity of mind only but it is also toxicity of body as well.

Dear friends,
Namaskar.
Those who found the messages difficult to comprehend, here are two simple formulae for them.
1. THINKING WELL------->FEELING WELL------->GETTING WELL(physically,
mentally and socially).
Here what matters is your perception of level of wellness. If you are a perfectionist then you will continue to elevate your wellness level.
2. Health Power ratio =f(RXHT/UT)
where
f=function,
R=Resilience,
HT=Healthy Thoughts and
UT=Unhealthy Thoughts.
Here just you will have to examine your thoughts and put them in either of the three slots.
Every one including Jogeshwar needs to raise this ratio. The higher the ratio the less will be your medical bills.Reach zero medical expences.

dear friends,

namaskar.

United Nations calculates Human Development on the basis of 3 criteria-education, income and life expectancy at birth. Is human resource development different from that? I donot think so. The first two contribute to the the third roughly upto 10 years. Since all of you appear to be in the higher socio-economic strattum,the +10 years goes to your credit. Now see how much your life expectancy is consumed by you. As far as the observation goes average life expectancy is going up by about half year every year in India. Average life expectancy at birth was about 35 years in 1950 in India. So check up your quota.

Year of birth Approximate life expectancy for you.

1950 35+10 =45 years

1960 40+10= 50years

1970 45+10= 55 years

1980 50+10=60 years

1990 55+10=65 years

This is a crude average calculation. How much of your quota still unconsumed? After consumption of this quota you can enjoy a bonus period of life span provided you elevate your Health Powe Ratio. Are you really serious about it? Eduction and income effect reaches asymptote after certain limit. Then Health Power Ratio comes to aid.

The situations mentioned by the author the first and the football game one has one thing in common, it is in a situation of pressure, where anything can happen. Second thing to observe is that the author fails to realize the fact that in both situations the person who is performing the action has his his own course of actions at that time, it might be anything. Like the kid surely would have sensed some thing not usual the wind blowing due to which the tree is swaying. His first aim would be to secure himself. But he was half sure what he needs to do for that, thanks that his father helped him do that.

Now lets consider a different reactions of the father for the same situation. Lets assume if the father had said as his aunt does, not to fall, the boy would still had stuck to the tree. This can be explained like this:

1) Due to the experience the boy has in climbing. Which has made some notes in mind.

2) Using this mental notes based on experience to avoid not falling.

Probably more underlying thing than the fathers reaction for the situation is the boys way to interpret things, the organization of the mind and the way we use it at this instances of action.

Every situation comes with its set of requirements for the mind. Hence it is essential we recognize how things work and execute it.

In the case of the coach I belive that he was doing right as the person in action the player is bound to organize the mind and execute his action. What if the coach would have said to hold the ball tight and yet the player might have dropped it. In this situation we cannot blame the coach but the player himself. Yes, I totally agree that he could have done better.

We need to realize the role of people guiding us they are their to guide us.

Guiding in the sense they can show the right way it our duty through introspection and insight we need to do our duties and execute it. This what irrespective of humans or animals have been doing since ages.

We as human beings learn irrespective of whether there is some one to guide us or not, tap your own mind and use it.

What an interesting article! As someone who gave up smoking several years ago this example of how language can influence success made a lot of sense to me.
One of the things that was helpful to me was hypnotherapy, and the therapist spent quite a bit of time conjuring up images of breathing fresh air and feling strong.
Great post. Thanks.
