I was preparing an interview assessment form in which I would have to judge the following competencies in the candidates:
Respect - Having a feeling or attitude of admiration and deference toward somebody or something.
Adaptability - To be able to adjust easily to changes and new conditions.
Self Confidence - Confidence in yourself and your own abilities. Managing and continually improving one's performance.
Negotiation - Working with others in order to reach an agreement. A successful negotiation is one where all parties are satisfied with the agreement.
Results Orientation - Knowing what results are important and focusing resources to achieve them.
Stakeholder Focus - Identifies key internal and external customers and works with them to understand their requirements and concerns.
Integrity - Demonstrates a sense of responsibility and commitment.
Accountability - Accepts responsibility for actions and results. Sets goals that are clear and measurable.
Developing Others - Helping other people grow personally and professionally. Invest time and energy in the development of others, thereby developing AIESEC's capacity for the future. Taking personal responsibility to mentor and coach future leaders and being enthusiastic to see others grow.
Resource Management - Managing internal and external resources in a sustainable manner.
Self Awareness - Having a balanced and honest view of your own personality and often an ability to interact with others frankly and confidently.
Innovation and Creativity - Taking risks, adapting quickly to change, leading the change process. Innovation is the creation of new solutions for current challenges or a new approach to an old situation.
Could you please help me in designing the questions related to these competencies which would help me rate the candidates?
