Really need your help.
I approched my MD in December 2009 in regards to my annual increase. He mentioned that by the end of Feb. he would sort out my finances. By the end of Feb 2010, i only recieved a R1 000.00 increase of which he said that he will sort it out the next month this the out standing R3000.00. Nothing came of that. I approched him several times and he said that it was fine and that he does not have a problem giving me the increase, only that he does not have the time to sort it out i.e. typing a letter to the Financial Department (Director) giving her the instruction to approve my increase.
He then stated because he was promted to MD, previously GM of our company, he was waiting for full authority and paper work to go through thus showing that he is a share holder of our company, He will then definitely sort me out!....
This morning i asked him to finalize my increment and he told me that he does not know how to word the letter proffesionally and wants me to type it and forward it to him so he could sign it.
He says that i should write in a way so that i could get back payed from March 2010 and full remuneration to be payed by end of June 2010...
Please help me as soon as possible!
