Kindly let me know which forms are needed to withdraw provident fund and where can I get it? Is it possible to get these forms on internet and if yes are those forms accepted?

You need to submit a PF withdrawal form to the RPFC where your ex-company used to submit the PF amount after getting it signed by your ex-employer. According to the PF guidelines, you will receive the amount within 45 days in your account, which you will mention in Form 19 & 10C. You will receive the transferred difference in your account - PF and pension scheme amount.
