My employer is asking for Form 12C to avail deduction on Housing Loan Interest payment. Please let me know where I can obtain Form 12C from.

You can visit your nearest nationalized bank or big private bank to get Form 12C issued by the IT Dept. Alternatively, you can approach the finance department of any other establishment that is required to deduct income tax at the source in respect of their employees.
