Here I come up with PA formats for Executive ,middle and Senior level . Kindly suggest ur views and suggestions to the formats.
And Can u help me out in knowing the KRA and KPI of Frontoffice , Administration and Finance departments.

Hi madhu,
The PA formats are really good but still like in most of the company use 180 degree at the initial stage and later they use 360 degree for better team building. Good work done, keep it up.

I appreciate ur work which u have been done ,but it could be very simple if you merge all the 3 forms in one sheet. please find the attachment. even now a days all the MNC is going for 360 Degree evaluation.
Some company , they were having PE ... when he is getting internal transfer from one department to another upon requirement.
