Can anybody please send me a list of Do's and Don'ts in the workplace, i.e., workplace etiquettes in a pointwise manner? I have prepared one and am seeking a format for the same so that I can implement it as soon as possible in my organization.

Go through the code of conduct or implement the Standing Orders Act 1961. This will provide you with the real dos and don'ts for your organization. Allow your employees to read and sign it as part of a training or induction program.
