While calculating per day salary of Monthly rated employee, for Leave Encashment, whether we should divide monthly salary by 26 or 30 Regards

For caliculating Leave Encashment we taken 30 days, at the time of caliculating Gratuity then we consider as 26 days

I came to hear that there is a DPE (Department of Public Enterprises) guideline to divide by 30 for leave encashment of Previlage/Earned Leave. Abbas.P.S
