Dear All,
I am looking for a very good professional pay rise letter to be given to 50-60 no. of employees(engg.) wid various diff. amount increases to each engg. based on 1) performance- stating reason of 2) inflation, General increase in salaries within the Industry, Adverse impact on US$ exchange rate vis-à-vis other major currencies in the last 6 months ( e.g. GBP C. 1.95 in April 07, while it is C. 2.06 currently).
could you plz fwd some nice professional letter and fyi it is for highly imp employees...so it could include gud appreciation.
Plz do reply bak asap wid support...
