I am particularly interested in exploring the Training & Development aspect of HRD. Could anyone provide me with more insights into this? Basically, companies like Goldman Sachs, Google, Colgate, and a host of other companies provide opportunities for summer internships. I have heard this from friends of mine who have done internships in these companies. You definitely have to be competitive to get through as well. Do try your luck though... All the very best!
