Hello, I have a query if Rate per day as per minimum wage madhya pradesh is Rs. 393.27 as per attachment Basic Salary is 6500 and gross is 10225. So, for PF deduction we use 6500 as basic and for esic we use 10225 it is correct. or we have to take 10225 for pf also.
