Dear Pandiya Raja,
Conducting employee engagement (EE) activities is a trend that HR professionals have embraced for the last several decades. However, do EE activities work? Who has measured the ROI on these activities, when it was measured, how it was measured, and what the sample size of the measurement is not known.
I have been expressing reservations about EE activities for the last several years. You can refer to my views by clicking the following links:

My objective is not to discourage you from conducting EE activities. However, my point is limited to deriving ROI from the activities conducted.
Thanks,

Hi Pandya, I don't get your point. Do you mean to say all the employees all over India are not fully engaged in their daily routine? I believe that you are not referring to those who are benched. Are you looking to engage them during their leisure time, if any, when they are either not loaded with optimum utilization or awaiting assignments on projects in the pipeline?

If you are looking for some refresher activities in the midst of work pressure, there are various ideas already being implemented by various employers across sectors. Can you clarify these so that I can suggest a few things?
