I joined an MNC and completed my onboarding, but due to personal reasons, I could not go to the office and continue the work. I informed the recruitment team that I wouldn't be able to continue, but they still created my PF account. The problem is that the communication got delayed, and now they are asking me to serve the notice period on a "NO PAY BASIS" for 2 months.
Documents to Avoid Discrepancies
What documents do I need to ensure there are no discrepancies in my profile? They are giving me a relieving letter mentioning my 3-month tenure, but the problem is it will also have the date of working, and I will not have a payslip or bank transactions.
Requesting Additional Documentation
In that case, what should I ask the company to provide me so it won't cause any problems? They are contributing to my PF account. Please help me.

Sir, you boarded but did not resume duty, so they will not pay you any salary. Consequently, your PF amount will be zero. Please keep two months' payslips with yourself. As you have already mentioned, "the problem is that the communication got delayed." Keeping two months' payslips should be sufficient to prove that you did not resume duty at your previous organization. Since they have created a PF account for you, they must provide you with a payslip.

Hi, If you didn't work during a wage period, but your employer made a payment to your PF account, it's likely due to HR team oversight. This oversight shouldn't be your concern. However, if they did make a payment to your PF account, it might create an overlap with another service for that period. Serving without pay shouldn't be necessary, even if they've paid PF to your account.
