Hello Gentlemen, We are in the process of recruiting manpower, preferably fresh graduate engineers and individuals with 2 to 3 years of experience. Due to the high number of candidates attending interviews, we are facing challenges in identifying the right candidate. Therefore, we are seeking a standardized question paper to assess their analytical and psychological skills. We will develop the functional questions ourselves.

This sort of testing needs to be done by a qualified psychologist specializing in this field. You will never find the right people if you resort to this sort of nonsense.
