I am currently in the process of refining our new employee onboarding procedures and am seeking assistance from the community. Could anyone kindly share a comprehensive Employee Joining Form and a Documentation Checklist for new employee onboarding? Hi, The documents required from a new joiner are:

1. Acknowledgment copy of their offer letter/appointment letter
2. Copy of all educational and technical qualification certificates (from SSC to the highest degree)
3. Copy of Aadhar Card
4. Copy of PAN Card
5. Photocopy of a cancelled cheque (for crediting salary)
6. Copy of nomination forms for PF, Gratuity, Superannuation, etc.

Hello Dear,

Below are the documents required from a new joiner:

1. Biodata/Resume duly signed by the candidate.
2. Copy of Aadhar Card
3. Copy of PAN Card
4. Copy of Driving License (especially for the sales/marketing team)
5. Photocopy of Bank Pass Book or Cancelled Cheque (for crediting their salary)
6. Copy of the candidate's nomination forms for PF, Gratuity, Superannuation, etc.
7. Copy of the candidate's offer letter/appointment letter, last 3 months' salary slips.
8. Copy of all the candidate's educational and technical qualification certificates (from SSC to their highest degree)
9. 5 Passport Size photos of the candidate + 1 Family Photo.
