As advised by Mr. Madhu, you can refer to your State Industrial Establishments National and Festival Holidays Act for the minimum number of NH/FH to be declared.
Among National Holidays, the following days are compulsory:
- Republic Day, January 26
- Independence Day, August 15
- Gandhi Jayanti, October 2.
