lekogmHi, I am not sure if this is the best place to ask this question but I'm 98% sure it is so I'm going to ask it here.
I work for a company that subcontracts approximately 200 freelancers who work in teams at about 20 different other companies and I'm trying to find some sort of software to simplify my job. All but one of the companies handle their own payroll, and when I do payroll I just submit a sheet to ADP Payroll. Can anyone recommend a program that I can use to make my job somewhat easier? Also if there is a web interface where team leaders can post hours and if they need additional help that would be helpful.

managerhr001I have reviewed numerous payroll and HRIS vendors, there is one that caught my attention (I have not purchased it yet), there is vendor out of Delhi/Gurgaon area Bennett Technologies. They showed their HRIS to our team, it seems that they have done a good job of replicating Polaris Adrelin and Peoplesoft. Just worth trying them out, we liked it here in Pentasoft Inc you may want to try them too. The name of their product is Mentis and their website is www.bennettss.com
There is another vendor that I liked especially for their payroll, the name is pocket in or something from Sage. You can try that also, it is a pretty good system as well. Their website is www.sagesoftware.in
