Security guards are paid 8 hours for working 12 hours and are not paid the applicable minimum wages. Overtime/Sunday working on additional shifts and on Sundays. Uniform charges are deducted from their salary. need corrective action process details for this

5 out of the 7 workers sampled did not have employment ID numbers and upon checking it was noted that they are casual workers hired through contractors without yet being brought on company roll and covered under statutory benefits.
