Referral bonus is paid to any employee of the organization who refer any candidate for employment. If the referral candidates is being selected the bonus is paid to the concerned employee. The amount of the referral bonus usually less than the cost of hiring through news paper clip or through any agency.
It varies from organization to organization. Usual it is 8 to 10% of CTC.
