The short-term course beneficial for you would depend on your interest and your experience profile. Having picked up 5 years of experience in the field, you would be knowledgeable on multiple aspects of HRM. Do short-term courses on HR Analytics, Strategic HRM, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Counseling, or Labour Laws. I would suggest you to attend theme-based conferences organised by NIPM, and various management schools to get a deeper understanding of the precepts & current practices. At any rate keep following this site for many interesting worthwhile updates in the field of HRM.

I understand that you are a professional HR with 5 years of experience and an MBA in HR, and you are interested in pursuing further studies in HR through a distance or e-learning program that is also affordable in fees.

There are several options available for distance or e-learning courses in HR that are both affordable and reputable. Some of the popular courses include:

PG Diploma in Human Resource Management - This is a one-year course offered by various universities and institutions. The course covers topics such as recruitment, compensation management, employee relations, and performance management.

Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) - This is a two-year post-graduate course offered by several universities and institutions. The course covers topics such as organizational behavior, labor laws, HR analytics, and leadership.

Certificate course in Human Resource Management - This is a short-term course offered by various universities and institutions. The course covers topics such as HR policies, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.

Executive MBA in Human Resource Management - This is a two-year course offered by several universities and institutions. The course is designed for professionals who are already working in the HR field and want to enhance their skills and knowledge.

When selecting a course, it is important to consider factors such as the reputation of the institution, the curriculum, and the cost. You may also want to consider whether the course offers any practical experience or internships.

In terms of affordability, there are many institutions that offer courses at a reasonable cost. Some popular options include IGNOU, Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, and NMIMS Global Access School for Continuing Education.

I hope this information helps you in your pursuit of further studies in HR. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Human Resources professionals often pursue a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management to advance their careers. The most common postgraduate degrees in this field are a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources. Both programs provide advanced certification training in Human Resources topics such as organizational development, recruitment, employee relations, labor relations, and compensation and benefits. An MS in Human Resources Management typically includes courses in human resources management, leadership development, and human resource planning, while an MBA with a Human Resources concentration may also include courses in business management and finance.

Dear Friend,
As you have done MBA in HR and already have working experience of 5 Years.
In my suggestion, if you can do LLB would give better prospect than any other parallel courses. Now you have to decide and pursue.

Many colleges/universities in India offer Distance Education in BA LLB such as IGNOU, National Law University, ILS, JMI New Delhi. To be eligible to apply for BA LLB Distance Education, 50% marks in class 12 in any stream is required.
