I work for a startup in Tamil Nadu and would like to understand the number of CL, PL, SL that is to be granted as per Act?

Hi, it depends on the nature of the industry. If your company falls under the purview of factories, then you need to follow the leave rules as stipulated in the Factories Act or the Shops and Establishment Act if no manufacturing process is involved.
