Our Casual Leave beings in January . When I applied for half day casual leave on 11.02.2023 , I received the leave form which stated I have enjoyed 1 day CL which I have not. On checking, the Time Office clerk said that in the last year i.e. 2022 they had committed a mistake hence they deducted my 1 day CL - Is it right ? They have never informed me earlier.

Please check if you had taken one CL extra than what is permitted last year. If yes, drop it. It is true that the Personnel Officer/ time Office person should have informed you that your CL for this year credited by one CL less than what is eligible. These are simple errors, don't take it forward but drop it.
