Dear, nothing to worry. Communicate with the HR Department regarding the same. They will update you on the real-time status. Note that the Payment of Gratuity Act of 1972 protects an employee's right to a gratuity. If an employer refuses to pay the gratuity amount, you can also file a complaint with the district office of the labor commissioner if your employer still doesn't provide you with the entitled gratuity.
