If the Company is giving 30 privileged leave and the state requires to give 8 PL 8 CL AND 8 Sick Leave - 24 in total. Can the company give 30 privileged leave ignoring 8 CL and 8 sick leave.

The terms and conditions of the three types of leaves are different. So clubbing all under one head would be counterproductive and objected by the Labour Inspectors
