Hi, I am having issues with my last employer. They delayed my salary multiple times and did not pay 1 month's salary despite multiple nudges. They did not accept my resignation until I paid for the unserved notice period which was not mentioned in my offer letter nor the HR mentioned that until FNF. This FNF also has wrong details, on asking for the correction, salary slips, pf details and paid leave details, they went over to my current employer and said I am absconding without resigning and I have their sensitive documents & passwords.

My new company has served me a show-cause notice to be verified within 24 hours. I got scared and accepted their FNF request but the HR is not communicating by mail but sending me WhatsApp messages with account details, asking for the settlement payment, when I asked for mail she said she'll do it after 2 days. I don't know what to do or how to save my current job since I am left with only a couple of hours to prove myself. I am living on lending money since August this year.
Please Help, I am begging if someone can get me out of this mess.

Well, the best way would have been to go to your current HR and give the full details including the proof that they have delayed and not paid your salary for a month.

In any case, what makes you think you do not owe them notice period just because there is no mention of paying for the notice period in your offer letter? You are required to serve the notice period. If you didn't, obviously you are absconding and their mail to your current company is obviously right.

Even now, I have no idea why you are responding to their emails and why.
Do you think the company will consider you not absconding because you are now paying your notice pay?
