If your establishment is covered by ESI Schemes, and the worker's salary is not more than Rs 21000, he will be covered by ESI and in respect of employees who is covered by ESI, you need not take any other policy to cover the injuries, accidents and deaths during the course of employment as required under the Workmen Compensation Act.
