as per factory act there is Compulsory Paid Register depend state by state. For Paid Holiday can maintain annual Holiday list which is announced by employer.

BSCI audits do not follow Indian labor laws, I think. They cover all local compliance and beyond, right? So, is this requirement as per any Indian laws, a foreign law, or a requirement of the BSCI audit?
