We have to implement a leave policy in our company. Right now company give only Sunday week off means 52 week off in a year + festival leave 13 days in a year
company is not willing to give any PL or CL.
my question is
1) is there any rule for company has to give any leave to employees
2) on my site location company give an additional 2 leave to engineers which is carry forward but the company makes a rule for the employee that if any employee completes 3 yrs then he is eligible for leave encashment at the time of resignation is it legal or not?
