Seeking Advice: How to Create an Effective Aptitude Test for Fresh Engineering Graduates?


Hi All,

I need a format of an aptitude test for fresh engineering graduates. We need to introduce this as an entry-level candidate screening process for our company. Can anyone please help me out with this?
