Section 25 in The Payment of Wages Act, 1936
25. Display by notice of abstracts of the Act.—The person responsible for the payment of wages to persons 95 [employed in a factory or an industrial or other establishment] shall cause to be 96 [displayed in such factory or industrial or other establishment] a notice containing such abstracts of this Act and of the rules made thereunder in English and in the language of the majority of the persons employed 97 [in the factory, or industrial or other establishment], as may be prescribed.
It means every establishment has to display the abstract of the rules in the main gate of the factory. abstract should be English/Hindi and in local language also.

Any Labor Law which requires the abstract of the same to be exhibited in the establishment would provide for its format in its State or Central Rules. If the format is elaborate or lengthy, no one can help you; you have to simply comply with by exhibiting the same format.

If your establishment is covered under both the enactments i.e. MW Act & PW Act then see which is your appropriate Govt. for going through the applicable Rules wherein you will find the abstract of the Act & Rules. In general, you may approach your area shop which keeps industrial labour law registers & record for having printed abstract of both the Acts for exhibition purposes.
