The company has forced the employee to resign by giving various hypothetical reasons. The employee resigned; he mentioned all the points in the resignation letter about the points the company pointed out.

Now for FnF, the company refuses to settle the dues and is asking the employee to change the resignation letter in order to preserve their good image. It's been more than 40 days since the resignation period. Can anyone please advise what the employee can do?

Hi,

Why did the company force the employee to resign? Are you the victim, acting on behalf of the victim, or representing the employer's side? If you are the affected employee, what is your designation or role with your ex-employer? These details matter.

Either way, I suggest the employee try to resolve the issue amicably with the ex-employer by submitting a normal resignation. In the future, if a background verification (BGV) is conducted, you cannot expect positive feedback from your ex-employer if the separation was not handled properly.

There are other options, such as pursuing legal action, but this route can be time-consuming.
