I have been entrusted with setting up a green Project Mid size Wire Drawing Plant in UP. I would like to know that apart from Factory Act, PF & ESIC formalities, what other points need to cheeked and compiled with from Statutory compliance perspective. Can any one provide a tentative Check list for HR & Admin perspective while setting up a new plant.
