A legal notice is valid if the company is not a Pvt Ltd?
I am working on an IT farm. The company blamed me that I wrote something on social media for the company and asked for clients for the company.
I was resigned from that company 16th feb 2020. And the company give me an offer but i do not accept it.

What you have written can't be understood. While raising a post on the public forum please write coherently. Write in a sequence or chronological order what has happened. Thereafter, write your expectations too. Secondly, the members of this forum expect proper grammar of the sentences is maintained.
