SatishhrIf your company has less than 20 employees ( permanent/casual) then you don't need to worry, but if including contract labour the count goes beyond 20 than you need to enroll to pf and give pf to your all employees.

KK!HRIf your contractor is complying with PF Scheme for his employees, then you need not bother , otherwise you are required to comply and there is no escape from this legal obligation.
