What is the nature of your industry? In what way is the work of contract employees different from that of regular employees? If contract employees are going to have exposure to sensitive information, why are they kept in the contractor's role?
Whether for regular employees or contract employees, the contents of the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) do not change. Therefore, treat contract employees on par with regular employees.
