Dear Gowthami,

You have asked, "can the employer deduct 7.5 privilege /earned leaves every year if the employee does not consume leaves"?

However, under the provision of which act or law the employer would like to do that? Section or clause of which act allows the employer to gnaw at the earned leave of the employee?
