Dear Team, Please help me understand the leave rules of carrying forward mandate, registration under the Karnataka Shops & Establishments act - can employer deduct 7.5 privilege /earned leaves every year if the employee does not consume leaves

Dear Gowthami,

However, under the provision of which act or law the employer would like to do that? Section or clause of which act allows the employer to gnaw at the earned leave of the employee?
