1. Mr. John has rightly stated to refer to various formats available on the site of this Forum, and find out what may be suitable for you. So you will find it a good and interesting venture.
2 Since you are looking for a canteen contractor agreement, then I would refer to few broad points that you may keep in mind:
(i) The contractor should be registered with EPF, ESI and should be a CLRA & FSSAI Licensee.
(ii) The establishment/factory also needs to obtain registration under CLRA.
(iii) Contractor's experience in the business and his financial turnover for the last three year or as may be decided by the Company.
(iv) Conditions of service of contractor's employee that they would never be deemed to be directly employed by the Company.
(vi) Medical fitness of the the canteen workers.
(vii) Security Deposit or PBG
(viii) Period of contract
(ix) Meenu of food items and their rates
The above are the broad points your company should decide. Many other points are also there which need to be incorporated in the conditions of contract from legal point of view. Therefore you need a customized agreement and a QR (Qualifying Requirement) to publish/notify a tender to call for bids either through a limited tender or an open tender depending upon the size of your company.
