There are various types of psychometric tests. One should decide on the type of requirement and what type of test should be administered to people. I agree with Sanil, Ma Foi is the most renowned organization to administer such tests and generate reports. However, if you would like to check on the behavioral traits of people at work, Thomas Assessment is a better option. If you are looking at assessing team roles and teams, then Bebin's is a better tool. In a nutshell, first ascertain what kind of assessment you want to do, then you can easily decide on the tool and the vendor.
