Dear Experts, As per my knowledge, which establishment is employing more than 50 workers it is mandatory to remit the Labour Welfare Fund. but my query is - Is it including contractual workers or excluding. we have 47 on-roll employees and 80 contractual employees. request your inputs and suggestion on the same.
