A Courier company and an e-commerce company are the two independent business entities. Before entering into a business agreement, they do the negotiations. We the members of this forum are outsiders and do not know what was transpired between the two companies when the negotiations took place.
Are you from a courier company or an e-commerce company? Anyway, both the companies need to prepare a list of the points under which a business transaction will take place. Refer to those points and that will be a starting point for the draft of the business agreement.
