The new labour code is yet to be implemented and many organizations are not yet ready and if you focus on this you will find it difficult to complete your Project. Instead of this you may do a Descriptive Study on present Labour Laws and implementation levels or you may focus on " A Descriptive Study on level of awareness and preparedness of Organization/s to implement New Labour Codes proposed by Government of India" This will be useful for your future jobs also. Kindly consult your guide in the collage an decide an easy topic as it is only for academic requirement for now.
