Dear Colleague,

The New Labour Codes - Wages, Occupational Safety, Social Security and Industrial Relations are not yet implemented even though there are much progress in the initiative by the Central Government. We need to wait for the date of implementation by way of GO / Official announcement by Ministry Of Labour, Govt Of India. This is the status as on today -24th Nov 2021. You need to check periodically and get update on date of official implementation from media and other official sources.

For your academic understanding sharing the Codes and Rules for your reference and reading for now.
