Which is the best method to get proper attendance of field workers? or which is the best way to keep employee tracking? Because it is very difficult to keep record of employees who are always on site for work.

Logging into the system where the system tracks their work time and performance as well and the time of their logging out so this whole system can keep their attendance in check. Also, they cannot work unless they log in because the dashboard will provide them with the task. Such systems are costly to acquire but fruitful in the long run
