I am a consultant from Mumbai.
I had sourced candidate to one of my client in Karnataka state. That candidate was terminated due to non performance within 90days.
So is consultant eligible for the payout from clients end as the candidate was asked to leave from clients end and not that candidate is absconding.

This is a matter between a purchaser and a service provider. It is out of the purview of the labour laws.
Anyway, before providing your services, did you enter into any contract with the client? If yes, then what is the clause if the candidate is required to be terminated because of the underperformance?
If not the contract, then has your client issued you with the Purchase Order (PO)? If yes, then what is the clause if the candidate is required to be terminated because of the underperformance?
Unless we know the facts of the case, no opinion can be provided.
