If some employees found fraud activity in the organisation and we have to terminate the employee should we pay him/her for the days worked in the organisation ex :1. if someone fake the documents for the job 2. done some illegal activities in the organisation 3. absconding

Legally we cannot terminate an employee with out any valid domestic enquiry and charges framed against him has to be proved before an enquiry officer. In your case for all the three misconducts same procedure of domestic enquiry to be ufollowed. You cannot just fire an employee on the basis of any one of the charges, otherwise, Government will intervene and ask you to following the procedure of enquiry. Hope this would suffice.
