It is difficult to tell market trend. I know one MNC where the policy is 1 L fuel for 25 Km run of two wheeler including insurance, road tax and maintenance.
For 4 wheeler it is 7 / 8 Km per 1 L fuel including Driver's remuneration (a portion), maintenance, insurance and road tax.
