Respected sir, I completed my ESIC and EPFO registration as per PAN, which is based on my name. However, my trade name is Glory Enterprise, which is not mentioned in the ESIC and EPFO registered details. I received the code allotment letter as per my name. Can I use this registration for my new tenders on behalf of Glory Enterprise, or do I need to complete new changes for my trade name-related issue?

You can use the trade name, provided you have registered yourself under the Shop & Establishment Act. Using that registration, you can get both PF & ESI registrations changed. In the new inquiries, you can certify both to be the same, provided Glory Enterprise is a proprietary concern.
