Hello All,

I'm concerned with Below issue.

Earlier, i was working with one of the company; i received offer from another company. i have to join within week. so i resigned after offer confirmation, same i had discussed with my current Hr as well. that i'll not able to serve Notice period whatever cost payable ill pay. So HR considered Gross salary of three months as per my appointment letter. but there were nothing deduction clause mentioned in appointment letter. so replied him to correct F&F sheet as per basic salary consideration and leaves also not considered. he denied & not even ready to share relevant policies for same.
After that i did official mail that I'm leaving on this date with No dues. they ignored my mail not even ready to reply.

I joined other company, while background check he did mail to third party that he leaved without notice and many misguidance over mail about me. what to be done with it ?

I hope you have been issued the relieving order and experience certificate, If so, that serves as the answer to all these afterthought accusations. This looks more like the 'sour grapes' phenomena and your ex-organization is taking its sweet revenge. You have the records to prove your compliance use them. Also, you have paid for the notice period and joined early at the insistence of the current organisation. Such reports and critical references are taken with a pinch of salt so that should not unduly worry you. Maybe, you can consider issuing a notice to the responsible persons in that organisation explaining your due compliance of the notice period and to undo the harm done to your reputation and livelihood.
