This is related to missing details in the EPF account. I had joined a small company in 2008 May and since then PF was contributed until Feb 2021. Now the firm is almost closed. I have a UAN number and Aadhar is linked with the UAN and my bank account is also linked. But the date of joining EPF & the date of joining EPS is missing as per the UAN portal. Because of this issue, I am unable to file for an online claim. Portal says to get the date updated by the employer. But since the company is closed now, I am not able to contact the employer / not getting a proper response from them on updating. Is there any other way to get the data updated? I have my offer letter as proof of joining the company And the PF passbook which shows contributions from May 2008. (this is the first contribution month). Or is it possible to file a physical claim form?
