I got an offer from Tata Projects and i am currently working in a renowned steel manufacturing co. Tata offering me this job in corrival payroll. When I asked about tata hr he also told that he is working in corrival payroll and its normal procedure for tata project to hire employees through corrival. He also told me that direct hiring in tata projects is closed. I am now not sure that should I join or not as it's a third party company.

Dear Rajesh,
In the new job will you be put under manpower contractor's roll? Your post is not clear as first, you have written that "job in covarriol payroll". Later, twice you have used the word "corrival". Both words do not convey the exact situation.
The direct employment over contract employment is always better. In the case of the latter, the employer can remove the contract employee easily. Going further, while searching for the job in future, getting a direct job may become difficult for you.
Thanks,

Yes. I have also not come across the terminology of covarriol pay roll or corrival payroll.
But I have heard of one staff company by name - Corrival Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. -
which is situated in Hyderabad.

Thanks for reply. Yes Corrival is Corrival Corporate Services Pvt Ltd. I called HR for detail knowledge he asked that Tata Project stop hiring dircetly in their own payroll system they just hire mid level employees in Corrival Corporate Srvices Pvt Ltd. Is it true? If any body knows about the same please confirm. Further should i join this consultancy on behalf of Tata projects as i am currently working in a big manufacturing unit with companies direct payroll. Please help me take a wise decision.

If you join as Corrival Corporate Service P Ltd., you can not be treated as a TATA Projects
employee. Even if you resign from there after some time, you will not get a relieving letter from TATA projects but from Corrival Corporate Services P Ltd., only.
So better you remain in your big manufacturing company, as you will have an identity of
direct employee of the Company.

Advice of Mr Nair is correct and to the point.
You need to be sure who is going to be your employer?
What is the vacancy and what is the job description/position/remuneration etc.
How does it compare with your current job?
Do you need a change and if so is it urgent?
Many such pointed questions need to be answered by yourself before venturing for job change.

Yes.
I also got a offer from Corrival Corporate Services on behalf of Tata projects.

They given me 2 offer, either in consultant position in Tata projects offer letter (only TDS will deduct, no EPF facilities) or Corrival Corporate Services payroll.

Pls anyone suggest, wheather consultant will better or 3rd party payroll ?? both CTC will same.
